Young Supporters Board
YOUNG SUPPORTERS BOARD:
In 2010, Jay’s HOPE tripled the number of patients we serve, and currently we have more than 200 children on active treatment. In response to such growth, and not wanting to exhaust current resources, a Young Supporters Board was formed. This energetic young board is an extension of the good work started by Jason and Cindy Gaskins who founded the Jay’s HOPE Foundation in 2006 when they lost their son Jay to cancer. The Young Supporters Board is committed to introducing the next generation of Central Georgians to the importance of childhood cancer awareness, to helping the Jay’s HOPE Foundation raise critical funds necessary for the support of its mission, and to providing affordable, social and philanthropic events that appeal to young adults.
